Along with all the BOB Personalised stuff we find it a nice gift for people hitting 180's, highest breaks, highest finishes and to we also personalise for the league winners. We use them for our teams end of season bash, you can give them for "players player" managers player etc. We used to give certificates but they're old hat these days.
