Payment Methods We accept payment by Credit or Debit card on-line using 128-bit SSL Certificate security. In addition we also accept payment via the telephone, by cheque or postal order.
Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to:

Orders will be sent the same working day as payment is received/cleared.
Postage Full details of our postage charges are available on the Home page under the Delivery Tab. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any duty/tax liable to receive your goods. Delivery We aim to despatch goods the same day as payment is received/cleared. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Please appreciate we cannot be held responsible for postal delays/strikes. In theses circumstances you should allow 14 days for delivery. Returns & Refunds We are happy to accept returns unused within 14 days of purchase. Faulty Goods If the item you have purchased is either broken or faulty, please contact us ASAP to arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable. Out of Stock Items Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item you have ordered. If this happens we will offer you three options:
1) Full refund for the item out of stock 2) You may choose an alternative item 3) You may wait for the item to be back in stock VAT and Local Taxes
All prices displayed include VAT at 17.5%. Your invoice will detail the cost of your goods and your VAT seperatley. If you are are VAT registered business outside the UK but within the EU we are happy to employ the reverse charge back system.
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any duty/tax liable to receive your goods.
