Delivery Information

UK Delivery Methods

All items under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail 1^st Class service unless you choose to change your delivery option.

All items over 1kg are sent via 48 hour courier and a signature is required to accept delivery. For this reason – we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Courier deliveries will be made on weekdays.

If you require a next day service on a heavy item – please contact us for a cost.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

We have weighed all our products so we charge you more fairly for your delivery.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of your heaviest product only.

Therefore you are only charged once regardless of the amount you order. So the more you buy the more you save!

If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man (IM Post Code) or the Channel Islands please use the update shipping option (UK Offshore) in your shopping basket, as failure to do so will result in a delay with your order.

Standard Delivery Charges

1g -100g BUDGET = £1.00 Standard Royal Mail

1g – 1000g = £1.99 1st Class Royal Mail

1kg and above = £10.00 Parcel Force 48

Special Next Day Delivery (orders received before 12 noon Monday – Friday)

1 – 1500g = £5.75 Royal Mail Special Delivery

Please note orders taken on Friday will be delivered next working day (not Saturday).

Delivery Charges Outside Mainland UK

Delivery to the UK Mainland is England, Scotland and Wales.

Postal discounts apply to all products bought together.

Courier discounts apply to all courier items bought together to a total of £15kg.

Courier delivery to locations outside Mainland UK will be charged at Europe Rates

We are not responsible for Royal Mail or courier delivery delays - we are not in control of these.

If buying wholesale please telephone for a delivery costing.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept UNUSED returned products within 31 days of purchase.

Please send via recorded delivery.

We will not refund any products that have been used. Please inspect your products carefully before playing with them as faults cannot be proven after the fact.

It is the nature of the beast that your darts will get damaged as soon as you start playing with them - therefore we are unable to accept goods as damaged if they have been used.
